Comment by Dernar At first, of these little clams for a siren's tear seems like a lot, but I ended up with about 85 by the time I finished the Winterfin quests, from drops and ones I spotted nearby. The remaining 15 took me less than 5 min to grab.

I didn't go looking for these while questing. I just made sure to grab any that were nearby. The siren's tears are still going for about g on my server, which means that each one of these clams I picked up was worth 2.

Now the Siren's Tear is limited quantity. I don't know the respawn time, but this is a quick and easy way to make some extra cash while questing if it's available.
