Our work within the community is a vital part of what we do at Ynot Aspire. Launched in Hyndburn back in , working in partnership with over 30 local agencies we work closely with schools, social enterprises, local agencies and voluntary organisations in the area. Our community links give you all you need to break through any barriers to achieve you potential.

Dedicated to making an impactful change in the community, she is very delighted to be on the YNOT Myanmar team and work along other diverse young leaders across the SEA.
Ei Ei Phyo. Hein Thu Soe. In this pandemic, he writes fact based stories and articles that create social impact. Hnin Oo Lwin. Hnin is a third year university student from Myanmar. As she is always enthusiastic about working with a team and has a large interest in social business and community development, she's joined YNOT Myanmar since August Soe Moe Htet.
Soe is a second year student at Dagon University and majors in English. She is a young passionate girl who is trying to improve and stay dedicated in her work. Wint Phuu Eain. Currently, she's working as an energetic content writer in YNOT with the passion of youth-centered development. Phoo Pwint Marlar Thein.
Phoo Pwint is a motivated student at Yangon University of Economics, specializing in Public Administration, who aspires to bring innovation to the community through social entrepreneurship and business. As a member of YNOT Myanmar, she is passionate about connecting youths across SEA and believes that youth engagement is important in making impactful changes for the betterments of their respective communities. Thant Thazin Zaw. Thant Thazin Zaw currently studies at Yangon Technological University and is keen on learning, educating and spreading awareness about environmental and social issues through the social media, thus she works as a graphic designer in YNOT Myanmar.
Soe Htike Aung. Soe Htike Aung Sha Aung is a marine electrical engineering student who is passionate about graphic designs and has always desired to explore new experiences through social media. Vo Thi Thuy An. She loves the various cultural differences and has a huge passion to work with international youths to create amazing ideas that will have a positive impact on the world.
YNOT helps her believe that nothing in life is impossible. Diep Tran Thao Vy. Thao Vy is a sophomore pursuing an Engineering degree of logistics and supply chain management in Vietnam. This world is so intriguing that she has a great passion for figuring out every bit of it. Thanks to her accumulated knowledge and optimistic attitude towards life, she has become an idea generator with colorful creativity.
For her, YNOT is the key to unlock the last door to reach her new horizon. Vu Quang Tri. With his passion for dedicating his homeland and people of Vietnam, he has chosen YNOT Vietnam with the hope to help the community and young leaders in Vietnam pursue their dreams, give them a voice and improve their quality of life.
In the upcoming journey with YNOT Vietnam, she hopes she can learn how to become calmer and more mature through each event and at the same time inspire young people to realize their cherished ideas. Doan Hong Hanh. Her major is International Relations so she want to be a peacemaker in the future by starting small and changing little things in life in her capability.
She believes that YNOT is an inspirational and professional environment for her to approach her dream and help other youngsters in South East Asia enhance themselves to the mutual sustainable development as well. Do Tran Phuong Thao. She comes to YNOT to look for companions, like-minded people who will join her in making the target picture that she has already drawn, which are extremely valuable gifts for Vietnam, especially the Youths.
Let's look forward to what her and her team gonna do in the future! Ngo Tieu Hy. She thinks that it is important to experience and do the things that we want to do in life and YNOT is a part of that journey. She believes that thanks to YNOT, she has a possibility to do new things as well as connect with multinational friends. Dao Thi Hong Phan. In her view, the meaning of life is to find herself, so she has explored many topics she find interesting.
And she found YNOT, a perfect place to improve her own skills and development new skills. She believes that YNOT will help her know herself better for the new her in the future.
Le Nguyen Duy Tan. He loves video creation because he is able to show the beauties of the world in his videos. Coming to YNOT, he has faith and hopes that this will be a good environment for not only him but also everyone.
Octaveny Santoso Wijaya. Octaveny is a third year communication major student at University of California, Davis. She is passionate about leadership and impacting youth community in Southeast Asia. Through YNOT, she hopes to connect with youth in Southeast Asia and empower them to be leaders in their own realm of industry. Arfiana Maulina Fatimah. Arfiana is passionate about entrepreneurship, art and non-profit organizations. YNOT has accompanied her during this pandamemic, from joining the first event to taking part in YNOT together with the ambassador team.
Indra Febrianto. Indra is a master degree student at State University of Malang. Cornelia Elsa Prashanta. Elsa is a second year student majoring in management economics at Udayana University, Bali. By joining YNOT, she watns to contribute on developing Indonesia's youth quality, and therefore she hopes to expand her network as well as developing her creativity.
La Ode M Al Rizqi. Ode is a second year anthropology major student at Udayana University. He is passionate about photography and graphic design. Parmanto is a youth activist, social entrepreneur, trainer and facilitator of soft skills.
Because it's hip hop, you're going to approach it differently off the bat, because of the history of what hip hop really has been created for. The voice of the voiceless, the anti-establishment, et cetera. You kind of start to ride for those movements. And if you choose to do it professionally, you know that you're going to pay dues in a way, right?
As professional hip hop artists, you should really be thinking about how you are filtering that money back into the community. And how am I using it to benefit everybody else who also does this just as hard as I do?
JK : As a mentor, what suggestions do you have for young or developing artists to navigate their career pathway? YNOT: Research as much as possible. You don't know everything. You'll probably never will. You should always be researching. You should always cross examine anything that you think you know. Your experiences are valid, no matter how long you've been in the game.
